Decent Homes

The Government’s Decent Homes initiative has set targets to improve the quality of social housing throughout the UK to a 'decent' standard by 2010.  As a consequence many people’s homes will receive significant improvements.  The scale of the task is large and Morrison is working with Local Authorities across the country to help them deliver their Decent Homes promises to their residents.

In Stoke-on-Trent the new joint venture will play its part in the delivery of housing improvements on behalf of the City Council that will exceed the standards set by Government.
